By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Harder Labs LLC ("Harder Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including harder.dev and any of our affiliated brand websites (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. About Harder Labs

Harder Labs LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Austin, Texas. We operate multiple brands and services under official DBA (doing business as) filings, including but not limited to:

• Hill Country Gear (hillcountrygear.com)
• Stellar Arcade (stellararcade.com)
• SharePuzzles (sharepuzzles.com)
• Austin Puzzle Exchange (austinpuzzles.com)

Each brand may have its own supplemental terms. Where supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms govern for that specific brand or service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
